School trips abroad

Educational and cultural tours for schools taking students or teachers abroad. Students register through their teachers, and we build each visa file with the school and the parents.

Plan a school trip
How it works

How a school trip comes together

The school decides where and when. We handle the planning, the visa files and the bookings.

1

The school chooses where and when

Tell us the destination, the dates and roughly how many students.

2

We send the plan and the document list

A day-by-day plan, a quote per student, and the documents each student needs, to share with parents.

3

Students register through their teachers

The school collects names, passports and consent letters, and passes them to us.

4

We build the visa files

We check every document, and tell the school straight away if anything is missing.

5

The group travels

Teachers have the plan and our numbers for the whole trip.

Questions

What schools ask us

Which documents does a student need?

It depends on the embassy. Usually a passport valid for at least six months after the trip, a letter from the school, and, for students under 18, a consent letter from both parents. We send the exact list for that embassy.

How far ahead should we start?

Three months ahead is comfortable for most destinations. That leaves time to register students, build the visa files and book seats for the whole group.

Can teachers travel without students?

Yes. Staff trips and headteachers’ visits are planned the same way.

Who do parents talk to?

The school stays the parents’ contact. We give teachers everything they need to answer, and we’re on the phone if they need us.
