Changes and reissues
A new date, or a spelling to correct. We deal with the airline for you, and tell you any fee before we change it.
Chartered flights
A private plane to the airstrips at Kihihi, Kisoro, Kasese and Murchison, or a charter for a group or a delegation.
Visa and transit checks
Before we book, we check the visa you need and any transit rules on the way.

What people ask about tickets
Can you change a ticket I booked with you?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with the new date. The airline’s change fee and any fare difference apply, and we tell you both before we change it.
Can you book for someone flying into Uganda?
Yes. We book tickets from anywhere to Entebbe for family and guests coming to visit.
Do you book group seats?
Yes. School and business groups can travel on one booking, which keeps the group on the same flights.
